To Decorate:

Queen Black Food Colouring
Dr. Oetker Ready to Roll Icing White
Dr. Oetker Ready to Roll Icing Coloured , red and black




Water, pastry brush, smaller paint brushes, knife, rolling pin, cookies cutters, small round and diamond cutters, cornflour in shaker, palette and toothpicks.


Roll Ready to Roll Icing White no thicker than 3mm, cut shapes and apply to cookie by brushing cookie all over with water.


Smooth over the Ready to Roll Icing with your hand and run your fingers around the edges to ensure the fondant is secured to the cookie.


Use your knife to create gooves on the bunnies ears.


Cut circles and attach them by brushing the cookie with water. Use a toothpick to add the eyes with Queen Food Colour Gel Black


Use a clean toothpick to create markings for whiskers. He’s starting to come to life!!!!


Cut a small diamond in half and put the pointy ends together. Attach to the bunny with water to create his bowtie.


Use the Ready to Roll Red to cut two diamonds. Make an additional cut to create two small triangles. Piece the triangles onto the bunny’s face to create his nose.
