for the recipe Cookie Bear

To Decorate:

1 packet Dr. Oetker Ready to Roll Icing Blue
1 packet Dr. Oetker Ready to Roll Icing White
1 packet Dr. Oetker Ready to Roll Icing Coloured , Black
1 packet Dr. Oetker Designer Icing Blue , star nozzle
1 packet Dr. Oetker Writing Icing Choc & Caramel Flavoured , Dark Chocolate




Roll icing out to desired thickness and place onto cookie. Imprint star patterns onto the bear using a Star Nozzle.


Prepare the following features for the bear. (Mix a small ball of Dr. Oetker Ready To Roll Icing White and Blue to achieve the lighter Blue)


Attach the features with icing and draw on the mouth with Dr. Oetker Dark Chocolate Writing Icing.


Cut one strip of Ready To Roll Icing (5cm long by 1cm wide). Fold the long strip ends to the middle to form the bow and use a small fondant piece to seal the middle.


Use Writing Icing to attach to Cookie Bear.
