To Decorate:

1 packet Dr. Oetker Ready to Roll Icing Pink
1 packet Dr. Oetker Ready to Roll Icing White

Use a Heart Rolling pin to roll out a pink circle enough to cover your cupcake (approx. 6cm in diameter).

Cut out a 4 cm circle and use a smaller 1 cm circle cutter to create two holes.

Attach to cupcake topper with icing. Use tooth picks to help curve the ends of the dummy. Leave toothpicks in place until fully dried. (Best Overnight).

Roll a small pea sized ball into a tear drop shape and attach onto Dummy.
