Equipment:

Water, pastry brush, smaller paint brushes, knife, rolling pin, cookies cutters, small round and diamond cutters, cornflour in shaker, palette and toothpicks.

Roll Ready to Roll Black no thicker than 3mm, cut shapes and apply to cookie by brushing cookie all over with water.

Smooth over the Ready to Roll with your hand and run your fingers around the edges to ensure the fondant is secured to the cookie

Roll out Ready to Roll Icing Red and use the cookie cutter and your knife to create a stripe the same width as the cookie. Attach the stripe to the top hat to finish the Magician’s hat!
