Roll Ready to Roll Icing Blue no thicker than 3mm use a textured rolling pin to add interest, cut shapes and apply to cookie by brushing cookie all over with water. Use Ready to Roll Icing Blue, or mix it with Ready to Roll Icing White to achieve a lighter shade.

Smooth over the Ready to Roll with your hand and run your fingers around the edges to ensure the fondant is secured to the cookie.

Use a flower cutter to place flowers along the waistline in various colours to finish the mermaid’s tail. Achieve orange Ready to Roll Icing by mixing red and yellow, a lighter yellow will be achieved by adding White to Yellow. The pink flower gets it intense pink colour by adding a little bit of Red to the Pink Ready to Roll.
