To Decorate:

Dr. Oetker Ready to Roll Icing Green




Water, pastry brush, smaller paint brushes, knife, rolling pin, textured rolling pin, cookies cutters, flower and heart cutters, cornflour in shaker and palette.


Roll Ready to Roll Icing Green no thicker than 3mm, cut shapes and apply to cookie by brushing cookie all over with water.


Smooth over the Ready to Roll with your hand and run your fingers around the edges to ensure the fondant is secured to the cookie.


Use your knife to run through the centre of your leaf to finish it off.
