Roll Ready to Roll Icing Yellow no thicker than 3mm, cut shapes and apply to cookie by brushing cookie all over with water.

Add interest to your thongs with a textured rolling pin! Smooth over the Icing with your hand and run your fingers around the edges to ensure the fondant is secured to the cookie.

Mix Yellow and Red Icing until you achieve the desired orange shade. Roll a piece of orange Icing and cut two thin strips per cookie. A ruler and pizza cutter will help keep cuts precise.

Put two strips face to face and attach together with water at one end. Cut the joined pieces on an angle. Be guided by the size of your cookie as to how long you cut your thongs straps.

To attach the straps, brush the cookie with water and gently push the fondant together to bond. Place a folded up tissue under the straps to support them while they harden.

Roll a piece of Ready to Roll Icing Red and cut flowers to finish the look!

Equipment:

Water, pastry brush, smaller paint brushes, knife, rolling pin, cookies cutters, small round and diamond cutters, cornflour in shaker, palette and toothpicks.
