|200 g||caster sugar|
|125 ml||vegetable oil|
|250 ml||soy drink (unsweetened)|

Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C Fan). Line a cupcake tin with 12 baking cases. Sift the flour and Baking Powder into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Divide mixture between muffin holes. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and a skewer inserted into one cake comes out clean. Stand cakes in pan for 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool.
Mix icing sugar and water together in a medium bowl until well combined. Consistency should be quite thick and stiff. Spoon the icing into a piping bag and decorate the cookies with Wafer Daisies. Leave the icing to dry completely.
